Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. selur námskeið/ferðir í vefverslun og er verð í íslenskum krónum og með virðisaukaskatti (VSK) og birt með fyrirvara um innsláttarvillur. Reikningar eru jafnframt gefnir út með virðisaukaskatti. Verð í vefverslun getur breyst án fyrirvara t.d. vegna rangra verðupplýsinga eða rangrar skráningar.
Staðfestingargjald fæst ekki endurgreitt nema námskeið/ferð falli niður.
Breytingar eða niðurfellingar námskeiða/ferða:
Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. áskilur sér rétt til þess að fella niður námskeið/ferð vegna lítillar þátttöku, slæms veðurs eða annarra utanaðkomandi aðstæðna. Ef svo gerist er það gert með fyrirvara og fæst allur kostnaður endurgreiddur að fullu. Tilfærsla á dagsetningum á ekki við í því tilfelli.
Tryggingar og skyldur kaupanda:
Kaupendur skulu ávallt fylgja þeim fyrirmælum og leiðbeiningum sem leiðsögumenn á vegum Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. útdeila. Þeim ber skylda að stofna hvorki sér né öðrum í hættu, líkamlegri eða útbúnaðarlegri.
Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. tryggir ekki útbúnað né þátttakendur og ferðast þeir ávallt á sinni eigin ábyrgð og skuldbinda sig með skráningu á námskeið/ferð til að gera ekki kröfur á Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. vegna mögulegs tjóns sem þeir verða fyrir. Þátttakendur skrá sig á námskeið/ferð sem hæfir þeirra líkamlega formi og kunnáttu.
Kaupandi ber ábyrgð á að veita Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. réttar tengiliðaupplýsingar svo að við getum haldið kaupanda upplýstum ef breytingar verða gerðar á bókaðri þjónustu.
Vakin skal athygli á því að tryggingarfélög bjóða upp á ferða- og slysatryggingar sem gott er að skoða og kynna sér.

Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. (seller) sells courses/trips to the buyer on its online store located at www.seakayakiceland.is. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of courses/trips at Sea Kayak Iceland ID 440521-0100, Ferjuvaði 1. 110 Reykjavík.
Prices, taxes, fees:
Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. sells courses/trips in an online store and prices are in Icelandic króna and include value added tax (VAT) and are published subject to typing errors. Invoices are also issued with VAT. Prices in the online store can change without notice, e.g. due to incorrect price information or incorrect registration.
Confirmation fees are non-refundable unless the course/trip is cancelled.
Changes or cancellations of courses/trips:

Participants always travel at their own risk and commit themselves during registration on a course/trip to not make claims against Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. because of possible injuries or harm they might suffer. Participants should register for a course/trip that suits their physical form and skills.
The buyer is responsible for providing Sea Kayak Iceland ehf. correct contact information so that we can keep the buyer informed if changes are made to the booked service.
Attention should be drawn to the fact that insurance companies offer travel and accident insurance, which is a good idea to look at and familiarize yourself with.
Privacy:
